Hi, my name is Danny O'Quinn Jr. I am a 15 year old honor student at Coeburn High School in Coeburn, VA. I am planning on running a 2000 Monte Carlo Late Model Stock on the American Racing Association (ARA) touring series next season. This series will be nationally televised with over 15 million viewers from Pennsylvania to Flordia. It will include tracks up and down the east coast. I have been racing go-karts since I was seven and have won over a hundred races along with four championship including the Tenessessee State Championship. I started racing cars in 1999 in the Super Stock division consistently finishing in the top five. Toward the end of that year we purchased a 1999 Grand Prix limited car. We ran this car five times picking up 3 wins, four poles and 2 second place finishes. I won the Limited Sportsman championship along with rookie of the year honors in the Super Stock division. In 2000 I ran the Late Model division at Lonesome Pine Raceway picking up 3 wins, four poles and a number of top 5 finishes. We won the Late Model Championship along with the Rookie of the Year this year. In 2002 hopefully we may move to Hooters Pro Cup. My lifetime goal is to run the Winston Cup Series.
